Kelsey Findlay

You know when you were a little kid and your family asked what you want to be when you grow up? Realtor was never my answer. I wanted to own my own restaurant. I thought it would be cool! My friends and family could be my regulars. I’d know everyone by name and would remember their orders too…..!

I grew up in an entrepreneurial family. My parents were business owners. Proud ones I should add. As kids, we also felt the weight of every speed bump in the business. Turning “off” at home was difficult, often impossible.

As a mom of 2 amazing kids all I wanted was the flexibility to be with them whenever I needed to be. I wanted to be there for them….And most of all, I didn’t want to feel guilty for it.

One thing I’ll be sure to teach my kids as my mom did with me is – “If you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life.” That could not be more true to where I am at today! I’m right where I want to be and I want to help others find their way too.

I started working for the family business in 2010. It was here that I learned exceptional customer service provides value. People want to feel a part of something. They want to be able to trust and know you will take care of their best interest. They want to be able to lean on someone through challenges and know they will come out ahead.

My passion was and still is for serving people & my community. I loved every minute of that job but I struggled to see past the Monday – Friday office scene. How would I manage drop off and pick up my kids for school, what about school plays and field trips?

I contemplated other options and leaned on my mom as I always had for advice. She is my backbone. She is (as cheesy as it sounds) my biggest fan….also my biggest critic. She always said I’d make a great REALTOR. Considering she was the first to pick out my weaknesses, how could she be wrong!

I got my licence and 6 months later my daughter was born! I jumped in with 2 feet and I haven’t looked back since. I’ll be the first to admit I’ve had many moments of guilt. From not being with my family for dinner to being on my phone.

I’ve learned to set boundaries. I’ve drawn clear lines between work and home, which has made me both a better mom, wife and a better REALTOR. I use technology to create efficiencies in my processes that my clients have come to know, trust and LOVE!

I love every part of my business. I love my people and appreciate my clients’ trust.

For me, being a Realtor is more than finding 4 walls and a roof for my clients. It’s their lifestyle, it’s their community (….& mine!) It’s what they’ve worked overtime to achieve and they need to have someone in their corner.

They need me in their corner. They need someone who is willing to take ownership and provide great insight. Someone to be their advocate, be their shrink and sometimes their child care!

Our relationship goes well beyond the transaction and paperwork of buying and selling. They become a part of a bigger community that I know and love. Clients become friends and friends become family. Come join the Family!

Megan Pottinger

Hi there! I’m Megan Pottinger and I’m obsessed with all things travel and food.

I am a Realtor originally from Kelowna who currently lives and works in South Surrey/ White Rock. I like to consider myself one part Mom and one part Realtor.

I spent the early part of my career working in new home construction before transitioning to the life insurance industry. I loved my time educating advisors on the benefits of life insurance and teaching them how to protect their client’s assets. I joined TOTL real estate team in 2021 and haven’t looked back since.

The best part of what I do? Helping my friends and family realize their goals of finding their dream home. Hands down.

A true explorer in every way, I enjoy spending time seeing the world and watching the world through the eyes of my sons.

Carly Suderman

“Home” is a word to me that has many different meanings.
Home to me is a feeling; a deep sense of belonging, love and comfort that comes from filling a space with my own energy, and that of my family, and sharing that space with those we love.  I have moved many times throughout my life, and each home holds so many memories, it is never easy to lock the door and move into the next home, the next chapter of life. But every move has brought me to where I am today, and I wouldn’t change that for anything.

After many years working in the field of pediatric palliative care nursing my journey led me to a new chapter: real estate—where I feel passionate about helping people access and discover the place where they feel most at home. I thrive when I get to spend time connecting with people and am excited to work hard for you to help bring your dreams to reality.

Outside of real estate I love travelling locally here in our beautiful province of BC, I have the most supportive golf coach, and husband… Darren, who’s life goal is to make me a scratch golfer… maybe next year. For now you can often find, or more likely hear, me on the course yelling FORE!

I love seeking ways to grow and to take on new challenges. I am so excited to see where this career change will take me and feel so honoured to have you be a part of this chapter of my life! I can’t wait to hear about what “home” means to you and to support the beginning of this new chapter in your life.
